RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Create detailed project schedules and regularly monitor progress against established benchmarks.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Develop and manage the project budget, including cost estimates, procurement, and tracking expenses.

• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and environmental standards.

• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction activities.

• Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community members, and project partners.

• Identify potential risks and challenges and develop contingency plans to address them.

• Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements and potential deviations from the plan.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess proven experience in leading large-scale construction projects in manufacturing or industrial settings ($400 Million budget).

• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes and related technologies is a significant advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret engineer drawings.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).

• Experience working in China or with Chinese partners would be a plus.

• Familiarity with relevant industry codes (especially UL codes), standards, and regulations.

COMPENSATION

A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus.
