Harvard Maintenance Inc is Hiring a Maintenance Technician-27915 Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job SummaryPrimary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
- Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled
- Maintenance to include changing lights bulbs, light plumbing, etc.
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner
- Trash pickup outside of building and parking lot
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assigned
- Use and maintain equipment properly
- Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
- Ability to work without normal supervision
- Reports safety hazards as appropriate
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow
- employees
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
