The Chen Lab (https://kaifuchenlab.github.io) at the Boston Children's Hospital in Harvard Medical School is seeking a bioinformatics postdoctoral researcher. Candidates with rich experiences in epigenomics or spatial / single-cell multi-omics data analysis and a strong background in disciplines such as biology, physics, mathematics, statistics, or computer sciences, are highly encouraged to apply.
Research Opportunities
• Analyze high-resolution single-cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq / Cut&Tag, ATAC-seq, MERFISH, RNA modification profiles, and Hi-C data to unravel spatial and temporal dimensions of biological processes.
• Investigate the regulatory mechanisms of gene expression, including intercellular communication, transcription factors, histone modifications, RNA modifications, 3D chromatin folding to gain insights into development and diseases.
• Develop innovative computational tools, statistical methods, artificial intelligence techniques, machine learning algorithms, or network models.
• Collaborate with clinicians and biologists to enhance research productivity, foster innovation, and facilitate translational applications.

Salary Range
The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $76,000, commensurate with experience.
