- Build and manage data models ensuring they meet our business needs
- Create data visualizations and dashboards through BI tools that provide actionable insights
- Maintain BI platform expertise and support tool-related issues
- Clarify project expectations and craft detailed delivery plans
- Track and communicate project progress to ensure timely completion
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and respond to user feedback
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with BI operations
- Assist with ad-hoc requests
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or a related field
- Proficiency in data visualization creation and maintenance
- Experience in semantic modeling and/or data modeling
- Relevant BI platform experience in a model cloud-native environment (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Extensive experience with SQL for transformation and analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with data engineering concepts and tools
- Experience with writing LookML and building dashboards and looks with the Looker ecosystem
