As a Sales Representative at Kine, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cannabis flower to dispensaries, distributors, and other industry stakeholders. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with dispensaries, distributors, and other clients.
• Present and promote Kine's products to potential and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong network or book of sales contacts is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, and market trends is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
