Construction Estimator
**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a Construction Estimator and play a pivotal role in our commercial construction projects. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost control throughout the construction process. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects of $10MM and contribute to the success of our team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize your expertise in construction estimating to provide accurate cost estimates for projects
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop comprehensive project bids
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications to determine accurate pricing
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to prepare estimates
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with pricing agreements
- Coordinate with construction site teams to address any cost-related issues
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in a similar role
- Strong background in project management within the construction industry
- Familiarity with cost control techniques and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Ability to price materials, labor, and equipment accurately
- Experience working on construction sites is a plus
