Estimator Wanted!
One of the area’s most respected commercial General Contractors in Sioux Falls is seeking a strong Estimator that can help lead large commercial construction projects. Relevant project experience for this Estimator could include healthcare, education, multifamily, mixed-use or a wide array of different commercial builds. This is a unique opportunity for an Estimator to niche out their own role within an organization that operates with an employee first mentality!
Requirements:
· 5 years of relevant experience desired
· Experience in cost control and analysis
· Ground-up or renovation projects over $10MM preferred
· Ability to manage others within a team atmosphere
· Knowledge of construction management software
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
· Assure business development model with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
· Establish working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
· Administer contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
· Coordinate with the team members and business clientele
