Harvest Sherwood – Billing Clerk

$16/hour

5 days per week - Wednesdays and Saturdays off

10pm-6am

Job Purpose

The Billing Clerk is responsible for providing daily shipping activity support by generating required paperwork, as well as creating and distributing operational paperwork to warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

The Billing Clerk will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.

  • Read order labels and assist break down of runs for employees
  • Break down paperwork for runs
  • Check back ordered items for employees
  • Bill all runs once turned in
  • Run invoices and runners once billed
  • Transmit all cross dock on appropriate days. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays
  • Make copies of Store Tags and log sheets when needed in office

Qualifications and Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function assigned satisfactorily.   • High school diploma or equivalent training and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
