Job Description
• Responsible for the leading critical Human Resources project/programs for a global organization of 3500 employees.
• Should have experience of leading talent programs in HR and should have the ability to partner closely with HRBPs, Employee Relations, legal and other COE functions within HR to lead the program.
• Should have strong business and talent acumen.
• Should have ability to work on greenfield projects and deal with high level of ambiguity while delivering results.
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree and at least 6-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area in leading programs for Human Resources function.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Articulate thoughts in written and spoken word
Required:
Top 3 must have hard skills:
1 6-7 years’ experience leading programs within HR capacity and understands nuances.
2 Ability to have global view – lead programs in 2 regions.
3 Ability to navigate a dynamic business, adaptable and able to produce results, self-starter.
