Job Description
In this role, your servant-leader mindset and project management expertise will be key enablers as you and the team deliver on our business partners' key business objectives. This position requires the ability to effectively translate a desired business outcome into an actionable, achievable, and team-aligned plan that delivers per expectations. We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated the ability to inspire and lead technical project teams to meet critical business objectives. In addition to a keen and practical understanding of project management fundamentals, the successful candidate will be a stellar communicator with a high degree of accountability. The proven ability to collaborate with business partners and advise and coach them in terms of how to effectively articulate the desired business outcomes into actionable requirements is critical skills. Preferred: Recent experience leading large and complex projects with significant technical components, tech. upgrades, etc.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 7 years of relevant experience required.
Technical Skills

- Highly effective communication skills, including Sponsor & Stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, technical project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex project management issues in a timely manner.
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies used to implement system changes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the finance industry and experience in technical project implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to collaboration across corporate business units and service divisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change.
- Proficiency with MS Project.
(Preferred)
- PMI or PMP certification; experience with projects where Oracle is part of the technical landscape; project management experience in large, matrixed organizations.
