Responsibilities:
• Develop a holistic strategy and execution plan for how 1/ Sales Enablement, 2/ Customer Sponsorships, and 3/ Partner Account Sales goal attainment will be achieved for 2024 and 2025
• Deploy a series of 1:1 and scalable mechanisms to accelerate the sales motion to a targeted list of customer/partner accounts and/or segments
• Scope benefits / incentives for Group Ticket Offers (GTO) spanning re:Invent and re:Inforce
• Work with sales, partner, event, legal, operations, and CS support to launch and maintain GTO
• Develop sales materials (prospectus) and messaging (emails) with demand generation and creative teams that ensures a consistent voice where we are communicating our value proposition and sellable opportunities
• Partner with servicing, operations, and delivery team on budget management (cost to execute) and fulfillment for all sold packages
• Partner with demand generation and sponsorship operations team on sales enablement resources and all “scale messages” about Group Ticket Offers sent internal/externally to our target audience of partners and customers
• Opportunistically introduce Customer Sponsorship Opportunities with qualified companies (customers) who express interest and close deals that drive incremental revenue
• Report weekly to leadership on progress towards goal attainment for all account sales and event revenue
Qualifications:
• 5 years of working in an account management, sponsorship sales, or partner marketing role.
• 5 years of project / program management experience in the technology industry.
• Proven analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Experience using data and metrics to define a strategy and measure impact.
• Experience building scalable mechanisms that simplify the customer experience and accelerate goal attainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees, including senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to easily move between generating big, creative ideas, and driving the sales priorities of the month.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to escalate quickly and enable quick decision making.
• Meets and exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.
