The role of the Relief Sous Chef will support Poco Fiasco, Tequila Social, Harwood Arms, and Elephant East as needed and directed by the Multi-Unit Executive Chef. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, encompassing operational duties and financial responsibilities, providing leadership and management of kitchen staff, and growing and developing the product and profitability of food items during relief shifts.
