We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Wizards Play Network. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the development, execution, and optimization of commercial programs and services designed to support our network of retailers and improve the player experience! This role requires a strong blend of collaboration, strategic thinking, project and program management expertise, a bias for action, and customer focus.
The Wizards Play Network (WPN) is a global community connecting players and retailers over a shared love of games, facilitating engaging experiences in the realms of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and other Wizards IPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of programs and services aimed at supporting retailers, driving growth, and encouraging community engagement within he WPN.
  • Go To Market Execution: Develop plans and lead the team in bringing programs and initiatives to market.
  • Transformational Leadership: Develop transformative programs and facilitate the adoption of these programs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to our customers.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Game Development to ensure alignment of programs with broader business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback from customers and partner and implementing improvements to optimize program effectiveness.
What You'll Bring:
  • 4-6 years of program management experience within a B2B environment
  • 2-3 years of experience designing commercial programs in a retail or CPG environment
  • Proven track record of bringing initiatives to market
  • Experience navigating and leading through ambiguity and change
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
  • Starting Pay Range: $ 127,890
  • Pay Range End: $177,430
