We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
