We are currently seeking a Project Manager - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.
• Work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery
• Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility.
• Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Execute the plans of employee-facing managers and business leaders.
• Proactively manage risk and influence others.
• Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.
Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and deploy specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related and/or digital transformation projects.
• 4 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Ability to travel at least 25%

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading data delivery teams is strongly preferred.
• PMP or other related certifications strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of SDLC, and various development methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement
Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $94,000 to $141,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
