Hastings, Cohan and Walsh is Hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal Near Ridgefield, CT

Job DescriptionPersonal Injury ParalegalFairfield County personal injury law firm in search of a full-time personal injury/litigation paralegal to manage cases from inception through trial. Interested candidates will be responsible for but not limited to:
Opening of assigned client files and managing file handling
Gathering of all necessary documents (accident report, photos, setting up insurance claims, etc.)
Collection and review of all medical bills and medical records
Demand preparation
Communicate with clients
Communicate with insurance carriers
Drafting of complaints
Drafting of pleadings
Facilitating discovery
Communicate with opposing counsel
Coordinate and schedule depositions
Trial preparation
Manage court docket calendar
This individual must be highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with attorneys, staff and clients. Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
All interested candidates should have at least two years experience in handling Connecticut personal injury cases. Experience in Needles case management a plus but not required.
Salary And Benefits Commensurate With Experience.Job Type: Full-time
