Client Service Associate - Family Office

Support Financial Advisors' Ultra High Net Worth clients in busy Family Office.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2 years' experience in account services, including account opening, maintenance, wire transfers, and asset transfers.
• Experience in a family office, wealth management office, or financial institution preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

ADDITIONAL ABILITIES (helpful)

If you have the following experience, you can qualify for the higher end of the salary range:

• Legal background/experience
• Ability to review and understand estate planning documents and corporate structures (LLCs, Corps,and Offshore Entities).
• Ability to communicate with attorneys and registered agents to coordinate structure changes, KYC updates, provide information to complete different filing obligations according to each jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate with accountants to provide information to complete clients' filing requirements in a timely manner.

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

• Lead the end-to-end process/communications with private equity funds for new subscripIons and updates to provide all the required information and documentation.
• Ensure timely responses to all client correspondence and inquiries.
• Support Wealth Managers and Associate Wealth Managers.
• Perform administrative review on all client relaIonships to idenIfy and update information.
