Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Front of House (FOH) Employee is to deliver food and beverage to guests in a professional manner while always maintaining “True and Sincere” hospitality; either directly or by facilitating other members of the service staff. FOH employees should follow Hatch standards and policies that exemplify the company's values in the day-to-day execution of the job while constantly providing prompt, courteous, enthusiastic and genuine service. In addition, they must always follow all procedures for safety and cleanliness, as well as abide by all state and local liquor laws.
