Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately
- Utilize warehouse management systems for order fulfillment
- Oversee loading and unloading of shipments
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the distribution center
- Operate pallet jacks for moving goods within the warehouse
- Perform order picking and packing.

Experience:

- Experience in a shipping or warehouse environment
- Proficiency in using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Experience with load/unload operations in a distribution center setting

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with e-commerce shipping processes
- Previous experience in order picking and packing roles

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
