This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who are Board Certified in Family Medicine (BCFM), Internal Medicine (BCIM), or Emergency Medicine (BCEM) to provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a Level IV Trauma Center.
- Manage a wide range of medical conditions, including trauma, acute illnesses, and other emergencies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform procedures such as intubations, central line placements, and other emergency interventions as needed.
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in quick credentialing processes to ensure timely onboarding and compliance with hospital policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and advancements in emergency medicine.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (BCFM), Internal Medicine (BCIM), or Emergency Medicine (BCEM).
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Arkansas.
- Ability to work 12 or 24-hour on-call shifts.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in managing a variety of emergency conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
