Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for an Associate to join the Video Investment Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.

A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

• Develop working knowledge of client’s goals, guidelines, and strategies
• Develop working knowledge of Mediaocean and Prisma systems for linear and digital schedule maintenance
• Working knowledge of media math (ratings, impressions, demo translations, CPM re-weighting, etc.)
• Assist in the building of schedules for linear (TV) and digital (online)
• Assist in the tracking of inventory to determine if schedules are delivering against audience guarantees - manage discrepancy resolution
• Assist the Buyer in securing audience deficiency units for linear buys
• Prepare and analyze stewardships and post-buy analyses on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure all buys are delivered to audiences as guaranteed
• Establish relationships with vendors to ensure schedule and programming changes are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Assist Buyer and Supervisor with pulling research (i.e. television ratings/programming and industry/ marketplace/ technology trends) for any given projects/assignments
• Communicate effectively and efficiently all details of day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects to the Buyer and Supervisor, as well as any internal teams that are involved in specific tasks or projects
• Learn and excel in the problem-solving/analytical skills necessary to become a buyer·
• Represents Havas Media and its clients professionally at media industry events and presentations
• Successful completion of all training courses

WHAT YOU’LL NEED/SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Internship or familiarity with media/advertising/marketing/communication landscape
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
