HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST - BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE

Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton is a 59-bed licensed, acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe, nurturing environment for the treatment of complex mental health issues. We offer innovative, customized treatment for individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. We believe that a person’s illness or addiction does not define them and, with help, there is hope for long-term recovery. We do that by focusing on the whole person. Our customized, team approach to mental health and addiction treatment helps patients build on their strengths through expert strategies in an inpatient setting. We are looking to add a full-time HR Specialist to our team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Specialist is an entry-level position that performs confidential administrative tasks associated with the human resources management of the hospital, assisting with recruitment, compliance, risk management, workers’ compensation, orientation of new employees, and record keeping.
