We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative. The ideal person for this role will be confident, hardworking, goal-oriented, and thrives in overcoming challenges with determination and enthusiasm.
As an Outside Sales Representative you will cover a dedicated assigned territory. You will schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and key decision makers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales in our CRM
- Develop relationships with local businesses through networking and community involvement.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Support team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Coachable and eager to learn, growth-mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Energetic, Motivated and Enthusiastic.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- College preferred OR a minimum of 3 years successful work history in customer service, sales, training or leadership.
