About Haven Café: Haven Café is a new and vibrant café in South Philadelphia, dedicated to providing exceptional coffee, delicious pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere for our loving and loyal customers and friends.

Job Summary: I am seeking a skilled Barista who is motivated to work, provide great service, is VERY personable to the customer and a team player to join the Haven team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $12.00 Tips

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes and standards

- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

- Assist with food preparation and bussing tables as needed

- Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages served

Skills:

- Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

- Experience in bussing tables, food preparation, and food service is a plus

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Knowledge of culinary, kitchen operations, and coffee brewing techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
