Homebased Caseworkers will coordinate services as related to DCS families in need. Caseworkers will make initial contact with the families and conducts a face-to-face interviews to facilitate an intake assessment after initial contact has been made.

Caseworkers will coordinate and develop a consistent schedule to provide services.

Caseworkers will work with alongside of the DCS treatment team, develop a goal driven client centered treatment plan, provide advocacy, supervised parenting time, assist with providing community based resources, parenting assessments, input of daily progress notes , create monthly reports and implement a safety strategy to ensure the safety needs of the family.

Caseworkers will help to coordinate community referrals and follow ups as needed.

Caseworkers will participate in 1:1 and collaborative client case staffing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
