Position: (RN), Day Shift (12 hours)

Compensation: $34/hour and up DOE- plus sign on bonus

Location: 2222 S. Ave A Yuma, Arizona

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to our residents.

- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

- Administer medications and treatments, monitor resident progress, and adjust care plans as needed.

- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and effective care practices.

- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes resident well-being and family involvement.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Nurse (RN/LPN) License: Must hold a valid RN/LPN license in Arizona.

- Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but we welcome passionate newcomers!

- Team-Oriented: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
