Bliss Hospice is a Hospice Clinician owned and operated Hospice agency who prides itself in providing exceptional care to our patients and our team members. The team at Bliss Hospice is valued and work together to take wonderful care of eachother and our patients. We pride ourselves on having low case loads for our clinical team members and low staff turnover. We are searchiing for a Central, Scottsdale, and West Valley RN Case Managers to join our team. The ideal canidate would have a knowledge of providing hospice care and support to patients and their families. At least 1 year hospice experience preferred. Full job description and expectations to be provided upon interview.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
