Haven Health is , the leading Home Health, Palliative, and Hospice Company in Southern California, is currently hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse within our Hospice division to cover the Orange County area.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all tasks assigned (Routine Visits, PRN Visits, Continuous Care, etc)
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team (Physician, Nursing, Social Service, and Chaplains) on a Plan of Care individualized to patient

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Hospice, Home Health, Public Health experience a plus
• Experience not required- We will provide training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CA licensed and insured driver with reliable personal transportation
• Spanish Speaking preferred
