Weekends only (7a-7p) Charge Nurse. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our 5-star facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain standards of patient care
- Supervise and manage nursing care, medication administration, care giver staff, including shift management and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of hospice care, nursing home, home health, assisted living, and home care settings
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals
