Position Overview:

As a Respiratory Care Nurse, you will work closely with patients who require respiratory support. You will assist with breathing exercises, monitor respiratory health, and provide necessary care to improve the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients with respiratory needs, including administering breathing exercises and monitoring their respiratory status.
• Assist patients with the use of respiratory equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Monitor and record patients' respiratory health and report any changes to the medical team.
• Educate patients and their families on managing respiratory conditions and using respiratory equipment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Provide compassionate and patient-focused care, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in respiratory care or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory conditions and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
