Job Title: Property ManagerJob State: Full-Time / 40-hours per weekReports To: Regional Manager
Area: This position covers the Greater SeaTac AreaApplicants are required to live within 15 miles of SeaTac, due to the requirement of visiting managed properties as needed.Job Description:
Our Independent Contractor Property Managers are directly responsible for the relationships between homeowners, tenants, and Haven Property Management. Being a good steward of the property owner's interests while providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our tenants. Selling the service offerings of Haven and representing the company standards at the highest levels. Clear communication with clients and intercompany personal to deliver in the required timelines at or above set expectations.
This includes but is not limited to, tenant placement, move-in and move-out processes.
Areas of Responsibility:
Salary is based off of commission from monthly management fees and tenant placement fees collected on property group managed. Property Manager is paid a percentage of those fees collected. Commission on currently managed properties works out to be within the posted salary range.Experience:

- Owner leads (follow up, follow through)
- New owner meetings and property evaluations
- Owner management agreement execution
- Preform property pre-inspections, present and execute on agreed items
- Property upload into AppFoilo (go-live when applicable)
- Property Showings
- Tenant application review and presenting the primary applicant
- Perform move-in process with tenants
- Perform property inspections
- Process lease renewals when applicable
- Perform move-out process and manage turn work
- Ongoing tenant relations (HOA notices, delinquencies, etc.)
- Ongoing owner relations (owner check-in, fielding direct calls, etc.)
- Property escalations from other departments
- Real Estate license for the appropriate state of business
- Personal computer with access to Microsoft Office products
- Personal cellular phone
- Driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Understanding of AppFolio, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams and Office software programs
- Solution based out of the box thinking
