Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Assistant Manager at Novaking Inc in Ormond Beach, FL. The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store, problem resolution, and employee training, and will ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained. This role will require open availability! The Assistant Manager will work closely with upper management to drive productivity and maintain operational standards. They will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the retail or service industry, with a minimum of one-year experience as a supervisor or an assistant manager in a retail setting.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate people, handle difficult situations, and multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with different personalities and backgrounds respectfully.
Great organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members and other departments.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
