HSI Integration seeks a motivated and tenacious account manager with experience in B2B sales and new business development within the Audiovisual (AV) vertical. Our company has grown significantly as video conferencing and Audio/Visual needs have increased dramatically over the past two years. As such, we are looking for an individual who has successfully built relationships, developed a strong network, and is eager to obtain a position with uncapped potential.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a detailed understanding of our products and services
• Managing accounts and customers within specific verticals and markets
• Conducting site surveys to create a professional scope of work and design plan
• Proposal presentations and pricing negotiations
• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships
• Travel, as necessary, to cover sales responsibilities in neighboring states
• Meet and/or exceed aggressive quarterly GP quota

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales/account management experience - highly preferable in AV/IT or a similar industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Organized and comfortable with forecasting tools.
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with JetBuilt is a plus
• Ability to expertly navigate situations, solve problems, and create structure in a rapidly changing environment.
• Capable of understanding and demonstrating technical products and services to customers
• Can operate highly efficiently independently or with teams.
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where you will wear many hats. Motivation and flexibility are musts.
• Highly motivated with a proven track record in selling AV/technology solutions

Reporting Structure: The HSI Account Manager will report directly to the HSI Sales Manager
