Client Success Specialist

Haverhill Management represents a nationwide Estate Planning law firm that is searching for a Client Success Specialist for their Plantation office. The Client Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in client management. The CSS will connect with potential clients, offer excellent customer service, proactively schedule meetings with attorneys and engage with clients through the estate planning process.

Often found to be the first contact with the Firm, the CSS will manage daily client calls, address incoming client calls and communications from potential clients, schedule attorney consultations and maintain contact with the individuals throughout the process. This position will also act as a backup for nationwide Client Success Coordinators.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle daily client calls and address needs of the clients
  • Schedule attorney consultations
  • Maintain communication with clients
  • Collaborate with other CSCs regarding seminar attendance and attorney consultations
  • Support Attorneys in non-legal work
  • Find social media opportunities and create content for the office
  • Field and evaluate community sponsored opportunities and manage liaison relationships

Other Tasks

  • Assist operations in coordinating across multiple internal departments, handling client inquiries and needs
  • Assist in the collection of payments from clients as needed
  • Create reports for daily/weekly meetings, maintain KPIs, data, and metrics on sales
  • Communicate timely and effectively with colleagues regarding the specifics of any new order or potential order
  • Preparation of necessary reports
  • Some local travel may be required
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities :

  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent project management skills and capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects
  • Ability to physically lift up to 15 pounds

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
  • 1 year of Client Relationship Management experience
  • Experience in a client facing role within the legal industry is preferred.

  • No out of area candidates will be considered.
