The Director of HR Systems will play a pivotal role in the successful development, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology systems, including SAP Success Factors. You will oversee the HR technology transformation strategy, roadmap, and architecture and will be responsible for ensuring that our HR technology ecosystem aligns with our strategic goals while supporting our global workforce effectively, with a particular focus on candidate, colleague, and manager experience. This role requires both a visionary thought leader as well as someone who is ‘hands-on’ and dives into the details as needed to ensure a successful execution of required goals.
