HAVI is Hiring a Sr. Director, Supply Chain Planning and Delivery - North America Near Chicago, IL
Job DescriptionOverview:The Senior Director of North American Planning and Delivery is responsible for the delivery of all planning services for HAVI Supply Chain customers across the United States and Canadian markets in the Global Planning and Analytics organization. This leader is responsible for both the quality of the outputs, measured by KPI’s, and the profitability of planning delivery across North America and is accountable for the successful delivery of approximately $80 million in planning services across multiple stakeholders in HAVI customer supply chains. Partnering across the business, the Senior Director supports implementation new services and large-scale process improvement initiatives. ***This role is hybrid and is open to candidates residing in the Chicago metropolitan area only. NO Relocation is offered at this time*** Primary Responsibilities:
Defines the operating model for planning service delivery across North America
Ensures quality of planning outputs across the scope of GPA Planning services and that performance management is in place and customer feedback is measured
Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in North American markets
Stays connected with key planning subject matter experts and ensures process harmonization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement and learning
Collaborates with technology and product teams in developing and implementing process enhancements that improve quality and profitability in delivery
Partners with account management colleagues and European and Asian Planning Leads to develop strategy related to defending current business and developing new business opportunities in the supply chain planning discipline.
Develops and drives customer engagement for GPA services in North America, aligning with Supply Chain BU leadership
Deployment and training of new planning services and processes
Contributing to product strategy and innovation based upon learning from customer feedback and daily operations
Profile DescriptionQualifications:
10 years of Supply Chain Planning experience
10 years leading people leaders and individual contributors – employee development, training, and coaching for performance and growth
5 years of experience in a direct client interfacing role
7 years of P&L responsibility – demonstrated track record of delivering quality outputs
Familiarity with Planning tools – JDA, Kinaxis, SAP, or similar
Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing large scale initiatives on time and under budget
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management efforts
Proven ability to influence, lead and drive forward solutions for internal and external challenges across multiple functional areas
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Organizational agility and tolerance of ambiguity
Lean Six Sigma or related process control certification a plus
