• 2-3 years of professional painting experience.
• Proficiency in cutting, rolling, and prepping surfaces.
• Resourceful and able to solve problems independently.
• Honest and maintains high integrity.
• Coachable and willing to learn new techniques and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Prep surfaces, including sanding, patching, and priming.
• Cut and roll paint efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct minor texture repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring all work areas are tidy and organized.
• Prep and paint cabinets (preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
