ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Assistant Director of Admission to support our Admission Director with all aspects of the admission and recruitment process for K-12 day students in the State of Hawaii. This role involves managing statewide community relations and marketing and developing relationships with current and past parents and alumni. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving enrollment goals, enhancing campus visits and applicant interviews/assessments, managing the admissions office's marketing and communication plans, and supporting re-enrollment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
