Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, following established recipes and procedures.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process orders, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and accountability, balancing cash registers at the end of shifts.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Skills:

- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and knowledge of different coffee beverages is helpful but not nesserary, we will train.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Good time management abilities to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts for handling transactions efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 – 40 per week
