Our client's firm is dedicated to providing comprehensive tax advice and planning services. These services include maintaining tax-exempt status, overseeing the preparation and review of tax returns for exempt organizations and their taxable affiliates (such as 990s, 1120s, 1065s), handling necessary international filings, developing strategies for IRS audits, and tackling other relevant tax matters. We focus on key client issues in domestic federal taxation, aiming to align tax strategies with the client's business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Active CPA, EA, or licensed JD.
• 5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience providing tax compliance and/or advisory services to tax-exempt organizations. ERISA experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing team members and engagements.
• Strong tax research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation (both verbal and written) skills, coupled with exceptional client service aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office and tax compliance and research software such as CCH Engagement, CCH Axcess, and RIA Checkpoint.
