We are seeking a new team member with previous management experience to become an integral part of our team!

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager’s primary responsibility is to plan and supervise the day-to-day operations of our main appliance store, as well as managing the product distribution, storage, sales, and service activities while enhancing customer relationships.

• Staying abreast of new industry technologies, retail trends, and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
• Managing inventory levels and supply chain logistics to optimize stock availability and minimize losses.
• Addressing customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure store compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Assist in maintaining the delivery schedule by coordinating the delivery schedule.
• Position requires working evening hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem resolution skills required.
• Proven track record in process improvement.
