Location Description:
Hawks Cay Resort, an iconic destination resort in the Florida Keys, reopened in August 2018 following a $50 million renovation. A recipient of the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award and a member of the Preferred Hotel Group Lifestyle Collection, this 60-acre, tropical destination boasts 177 guestrooms and 250 two

Overview:
We are in search of a highly motivated professional to join us as the Director of Call Center Reservations. This role holds a central position within our organization, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and focusing the team on revenue growth through thoughtful management and strategic leadership of our call center operations. We're seeking an individual who values relationships, sets achievable stretch goals, and is dedicated to achieving results while ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer service. The Call Center Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Management to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual booking and revenue goals, promoting a positive and high-performance team culture. Moreover, this role will actively contribute to a supportive peer network, encouraging collaboration on best practices for continuous improvement within our Reservation call center operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and motivate their diverse team to follow best practices, book reservations, increase revenue & provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work interdepartmentally to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends; recommend strategies; & implement objectives to drive growth & meet company goals.
  • Evaluate recorded calls; conduct one-on-one regular performance reviews and mentoring sessions.
  • Hire, onboard, and train Reseravation personnel.
  • Responsible for time & attendance management to ensure staffing coverage.
  • Become an expert in company services, market, & customer needs.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be high school graduates; preferably with a college degree in hotel administration, Business, Marketing or a related. Consideration will be given to applicants with the equivalent of a degree in appropriate education and experience in the hospitality field. Applicants should have three to five years experience as a Front Office or Reservations Manager/Director in a comparable property. Additional requirements include excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. The ability to deal with the general public (resort guests, staff and visitors) in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner is also essential. Demonstrated, capable leadership is also necessary. Proven ability to lead a remote/hybrid team.
Experience with NAVIS Reservations system and SMS P.O.S desired
