Description

Hawley Troxell is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intellectual Property Department Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Intellectual Property Department.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation, filing, and maintenance of patent and trademark applications

- Conduct research on intellectual property laws and regulations

- Assist with the management of our company's intellectual property portfolio

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all intellectual property matters

- Coordinate with outside counsel and other departments as needed

- Provide administrative support to the Intellectual Property Department

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations is a plus
