Do you have these required qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or related field, or equivalent job-specific work experience.
- 3 years of computer technology experience.
- 2 years in database administration.
- Minimal travel to related technology conferences.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work and commute onsite daily to our headquarters in Holland, MI (relocation assistance is not provided)
- Haworth professional work experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Good analytical, design, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train others in database technology and practices.
- Ability to explain database technical considerations in understandable way to non-technical audience.
- Thorough understanding of database theory.
- Good understanding of commonly accepted database practices.
- Must be able to operate personal computers, fixed function terminals, common keyboards, printers, and plotters.
- Must be available for very short notice overnight travel assignments, including internationally, that occur as often as 20 percent of time.
- Ability to participate in “on call” rotation and meet required Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
