Job Functions:
Under general supervision of manager, handles and follows through on customer/representative requests for sales or product information via telephone and internet. Records order information into computer for customer through customer service excellence, while performing specific duties to collect and share information to meet customer needs.

Language Skills:
Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Bi-lingual a plus.
