Hayden Beverage Company is Hiring a Delivery Manager Near Kalispell, MT
- Assist in the selection and finalization of delivery and merchandising positions by working with your supervisory team to perform applicant screening through interviews using developed interview questions.
- Manage the performance of new hire and ongoing staff training.
- Manage the adoption and continued training of all worksite safety programs.
- Manage employees to ensure compliance in regard to Standards of Conduct and other Company policies.
- Manage employee’s time and attendance compliance. This includes working with supervising personnel in the identification of non-complaint patterns and behavior and corrective action processes.
- Conduct periodic training for employees on topics such as new policies, changes in safety rules or operational processes, and others.
- Coordinate with the Department Director when a department employee may return to work to minimize injuries and costs to the Company.
- Ensure communicated company standards and operations are satisfied.
- Perform regular 1:1s with direct reports, setting goals and KPIs; holding the team accountable for results and efficiencies.
- Oversee compliance in regard to the Company’s Drug Free Workplace policy.
- Ensure all duties are performed in a safe and mindful manner as defined in the Company safety policy.
- Oversee the completion of appropriate paperwork by delivery drivers and handling accordingly.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and working conditions of fleet vehicles and their surrounding areas are constantly maintained.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary to ensure operations are effective.
- To accommodate the changes and needs of the industry and our customers, duties are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.

- Flexible schedule with nights and weekends as business demands.
- $55,000-$58,000 / annually DOE
- Leadership or training experience
- Preferred knowledge of distribution industry
- You are detail oriented and efficiently organized
- Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts
- Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle record and valid driver's license
- Pre-employment drug testing and background
- Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds and 158 pound kegs
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card
