How You Will Contribute: The Senior Marketing Manager serves as the primary marketing contact for assigned regions and oversees Regional Marketing Specialist(s)/Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing, measuring, and developing strategic marketing initiatives that generate traffic to communities while maintaining and upholding corporate branding and image standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leadership - Creates a collaborative, trust-based environment, prioritizing customer experience, empowering regional marketing teams, fostering individual growth through feedback and training, and achieving established goals.
- Senior Marketing Management and Execution - Leads strategic field marketing initiatives, involving key stakeholders, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience, managing budgets, assessing campaign effectiveness, overseeing communication, and aiding in departmental process development.
- Model Home and Brand Management - Manages model home aesthetics, including budgeting for staging, approving furniture placement, executes strategic plans, ensures regional communications align with brand needs, maintains branding standards, and oversees event planning.

- Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree and / or MBA in Marketing or related field strongly preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences to include strong writing/proofreading skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision
- Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals
- Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.
- Strong writing skills limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Houzz, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Experience
- Minimum of eight years of marketing experience required, in residential real estate or related field strongly preferred.
- Field support experience a plus.
- Experience managing budgets $800k preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
