Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls
Act as first point of contact for patients
Checking in and out patients
Insurance verification
Ordering patients contact lenses
Scanning/Filing

Qualifications

High school diploma or relevant work experience
Willing to train the right person
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette
Organizational skills
Able to follow directions
Ability to multitask
Self motivated
Good listening skills

Pay: $15.00/hour

Office Hours

• Monday: 8:00 - 5:00
• Tuesday: 8:00 - 6:00
• Wednesday: 9:00 - 5:00
• Thursday: 7:00 - 5:00
• Friday: 7:00 - 1:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
