As a Health Risk Management Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Health Risk Management team in accordance with Hayes Locums Health Risk Management and Credentialing Guidelines. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy and thoroughness within all files, working closely with the Health Risk Management Specialists, and assisting the department on various tasks and ongoing projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete HRP checklists according to Hayes Credentialing Guidelines.
• Acts as a liaison to Internal team to assist with file completion.
• Assist HRP Specialists with provider file completion entering information into MD Staff.
• Maintain priority of booked and non-booked files using Salesforce reports.
• Send welcome letters to providers upon completion of credentialing process.
• Run and upkeep license report in MD Staff.
• Complete FSMB verifications.
• Performs clerical assistance for PCF states.
• Assist CRO with various administrative tasks.
• Send Files to Medical Directors for review upon CRO Request.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, MD Staff, and ALOE is highly preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
