We are seeking a Coffee Shop Service Manager to manage all drive-through staff and day-to-day operations and foster a positive environment. Strong emphasis on quality, customer satisfaction, and waste minimalization. An essential aspect of the role is the effective management of employee relations and to optimize sales, uphold the brand's image, and minimize waste with food cost, product loss and cross labor training. Through coaching and leadership, the Drive through Service Manager cultivates a deep understanding of the organization's vision among associates, promoting exceptional customer experiences. Essential Functions
Develop a top-performing team of associates by assisting in training employees. Improve performance through coaching and create an environment of robust feedback across various departments within the company.
Manage the operations of the Department by ensuring adequate and accurate schedules are created and proper assignment of tasks within the department. Maintain inventory by consistently conducting and ensuring accurate cycle counts daily in every department, while also ensuring labor targets are met in each department. Administrative duties as assigned.
Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment, thereby maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Identify current and future customer preferences by establishing quality and consistent products with potential and existing customers and other individuals capable of understanding service requirements.
Department Planning sales and promotional planning.

Education & Experience
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience

Mobility: Physical mobility to be able to navigate the work area
